I have been a Realtor® in San Antonio, Texas for the past 19 years. I became a Broker in 2008 and started my own International Real Estate Brokerage Firm called Doerr Realty in 2009.
I specialize in residential new and pre-owned homes for San Antonio and surrounding cities and communities. I have over 11 years experience as an International Consultant for residential and real estate development projects in Mexico and throughout Central America.
I am experienced with short sales and foreclosures and have also co-authored a book on short sales called “Should I Short Sale My Home” A Homeowners Guide on How to Survive the Worst Real Estate Market in History”
I am a National Association of Realtors (NAR) GREEN Designee and a member of the NAR Green Resource Council. I am also a “Real Estate Pro” for the US Green Builders Council’s Green Home Guide where I periodically answer questions as a panel expert for the guide. I recently became a member of the US Green Builders Council (USGBC) Central Texas Chapter.
I am also a Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) designee. That means I have taken extensive training about handling referrals from around the world and working with other TRC Agents and Brokers. As a TRC Designee we utilize certain protocols and protections for both the clients and their agents. This means if you are moving to or from another city, state, or country, I can assist you with other TRC members from around the globe to ensure a smooth transaction.
